The main objective of this article is a presentation of the process of forecasting the number of employees by major, sub-major and minor occupational groups in the horizon 2012-2020. In this article were used data from Labour Force Survey in cross-section by occupational groups consistent with the International Standard Classification of Occupations ISCO-08.
