Abstrakty

In thesis I discussed the problem concerning the role of intercultural management model (in theory and practice). The article shows the transformation this model and conceptions of functioning in 21st. That is the reason why I took up the following issues: I. I analysed the origin of intercultural management theory; II. I defined cultural surrounding in organisation; III. I showed pillars of intercultural management; IV. I presented development of specific forms of intercultural management; V. I showed the influence of the intercultural management on the abillity of development (and competitiveness) of companies. Concluding, thesis is the attempt to look at the problem of intercultural management (and it evaluation) from certain perspective, in order to enable to understand the undertaken actions by researchers and companies.
