Abstrakty
Artykuł prezentuje zjawisko kradzieży dokonywanych przez pracowników, rozumianych jako przypadki bezprawnego zaboru mienia organizacji. Omówiono w nim indywidualne i organizacyjne przyczyny kradzieży pracowniczych w oparciu o wyniki badań psychologicznych oraz wskazano metody zapobiegania zjawisku, wykraczające poza ograniczanie możliwości dokonywania kradzieży. This paper presents employees' theft phenomenon, described as an act in which an individual takes company property to which he or she is unentitled. Based on compliance with psychological research, individual and organizational determinants for this behavior are discussed, as well as preventing methods going beyond limiting opportunities for theft.
