Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie założeń wdrażania programów rozwoju dostawców. Dla wielu przedsiębiorstw, a zwłaszcza dla koncernów międzynarodowych kształtowanie partnerskich relacji z dostawcami stanowi bardzo ważny element wzajemnego budowania przewagi konkurencyjnej opartej na zasadach win-win. Budowanie tych więzi ma istotny wpływ na doskonalenie jakości technicznej produktów, podwyższanie sprawności organizacyjnej procesów oraz obniżanie kosztów. Fakt ten szczególnie dostrzega wiele międzynarodowych koncernów będących producentami dóbr finalnych (ang. Original Equipments Manufacturers - OEM), które prowadząc ogólnoświatową ekspansję oferują swoim lokalnym partnerom programy rozwoju dostawców wpływając poprzez transfer wiedzy na wzrost ich potencjału.(abstrakt oryginalny)
The objective of this paper is to present the assumptions and conditions of the implementation of development programs for suppliers. For many companies, especially for multinationals forming partnerships with suppliers is a very important element of mutual building a competitive advantage based on the principle of win-win. The implementation of these programs have been initiated by car manufacturers in order to improve the quality of technical and organizational capabilities of suppliers and lowering costs. Currently, more and more international OEM conducting the global expansion developed such programs to support local suppliers, evolving their capabilities through transfer of knowledge.(original abstract)
