Artykuł poświęcony jest funkcji grupowego wyboru, która w maksymalnym stopniu uwzględnia indywidualne preferencje, oraz tzw. granicznym liczbom Arrowa. (fragment tekstu)

In article it says about two problems, which were earlier defined in paper "Problem of group decision and gravity centre". First one is group decision function (propose by Smoluk)., which to the highest degree regards individual preferences, and the second one are Arrow's limited numbers. Smoluk's function select from all preferences this one, which have the most pairs with individual preferences. It proofs that Smoluk's function satisfy first Arrow's condition about unanimity: if all voters prefer object a to object b, then group decision function keep that preference. Arrow's limited number is defined as maximum number k, which have the property, that if individual preferences of all voters have together at most k pairs, then Smoluk's function must be one of individual preferences. The author found Arrow's numbers for each number of voters and for each number of objects, which we compare. (original abstract)
