Abstrakty

Relatywnie krótki okres zainteresowania badaczy usługami w porównaniu z innymi sektorami gospodarki oraz heterogeniczność samego sektora usług wpływa na zróżnicowanie podejść badawczych, uwzględniających różne aspekty i elementy usług. różnice terminologiczne i metodologiczne wynikają także z faktu, że sektor usług znajduje się w obszarze zainteresowań różnych dziedzin nauki, w tym ekonomii, geografii, socjologii czy zarządzania i marketingu. Trudności w jednoznacznym zdefiniowaniu usług są m. in. wynikiem wieloznaczności samego pojęcia , które może być odnoszone zarówno do samych czynności o charakterze usługowym, jak i rezultatu, efektu końcowego świadczonej usługi.(fragment tekstu)
