Remarks on Methods of Measurement of Health Inequalities and Fairness of Financial Contribution in Health System

Abstrakty
W przeprowadzonym w 1997 r. przez Światową Organizację Zdrowia - jedynym globalnym badaniu dotyczącym jakości funkcjonowania systemu opieki zdrowotnej - wykorzystano do pomiaru wskaźniki: równości przeżycia dzieci ECS (Equalitity of child survival) i sprawiedliwości wkładu finansowego FFC (Fairness in financial contribution). W ogólnym rankingu, od najlepiej funkcjonującej służby zdrowia do najgorzej funkcjonującej, na 191 państw - Polska zajęła 37 miejsce, tj. ze względu na nierówność zdrowotną 5 miejsce; niestety, ze względu na sprawiedliwość w finansowaniu opieki zdrowotnej - 150 miejsce.(fragment tekstu)
Composite measure overall health system attainment is built on five social aspects: level of health, health inequality, responsiveness, responsiveness distribution and fairness of financial contributions to health. In this article methods of health inequality measurement (Equality of child survival) and Fairness in financial contribution (FFC) are presented. (original abstract)
