Abstrakty

Celem niniejszego opracowania jest zaprezentowanie istoty i możliwości zastosowania instrumentów jakimi są Debt Equity Swap i Debt Buy Backs do zarządzania finansami przedsiębiorstwa, w szczególności w sytuacji konieczności przeprowadzenia jego restrukturyzacji finansowej. Dotychczas rzadko korzystano z takich możliwości podniesienia kapitału własnego przedsiębiorstwa bądź zmniejszania jego nadmiernego zadłużenia. Jednak kryzys finansowy skłonił do poszukiwania nowych sposobów rozwiązywania problemów finansowych przedsiębiorstw. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Small and medium enterprises more and more o. en apply Mezzanine Capital. This practical capital appears to be used as an alternative source of financing both for the equity capital and the debt. It particularly enables passing (effectings) of financial restructuring of the enterprise. Debt Equity Swap makes possible the exchange of the debt into the equity capital. On the market there are numbers of different forms of the Debt Equity Swap transaction. The Debt Buy Backs transaction are made by different subjects. They permit the improvement of the structure of the balance of the enterprise. (original abstract)
