Abstrakty
Współczesne hotelarstwo stoi wobec konieczności podjęcia odpowiedzialności za środowisko, którego zasoby wszechstronnie wykorzystuje. Wewnętrzna sprzeczność paradygmatu turystyki zrównoważonej utrudnia wdrażanie jej zasad. Oczekiwania turystów o wysokim poziomie świadomości ekologicznej mogą być wykorzystane w kształtowaniu strategii marketingowych hoteli przyjaznych środowisku. Wprowadzanie rozwiązań proekologicznych w hotelarstwie wymaga pokonania tkwiących w nim barier ekonomicznych, organizacyjnych i psychologicznych. Celem pracy było ukazanie złożonego kontekstu wdrażania zasad zrównoważonego rozwoju w hotelarstwie.(abstrakt oryginalny)

Contemporary hotel industry is faced with the need to take responsibility for the environment of which resources it makes use extensively. The internal conflict of sustainable tourism paradigm complicates the implementation of its principles. The expectations of visitors with a high level of environmental awareness can be used in shaping the marketing strategy of environmentally friendly hotels. The introduction of ecological solutions in the hotel industry needs to overcome economic, organizational and psychological barriers. The aim of this study is to show the complex context of the implementation of the principles of sustainable development in the hotel industry.(original abstract)
