Food, Life and Tourism in "Slow" Style

Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie głównych zasad i idei ruchu Slow Food, żywności typu slow food, w powiązaniu z tematyką turystyki kulinarnej i konsumpcji w duchu "slow". Praca opiera się na przeglądzie literatury przedmiotu i opisuje wybrane aspekty życia w stylu "slow" i ich związek z rozwojem zrównoważonym. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The aim of the article is to present the main principles and the idea of Slow Food movement, slow food as the type of food, in connection with the subject of culinary tourism and the consumption based on "slow" style. The paper is based on literature review and describes the selected aspects of "slow" living and their relationship with sustainable development. (original abstract)
