Abstrakty
Obecność 0,5 M chlorku sodu w układzie ekstrakcyjnym pogarsza zdolności ekstrakcyjne obu ekstrahentów o około 15%, a wzrost stężenia kwasu solnego w roztworze wyjściowym do 5 M powoduje zmniejszenie efektywności ekstrakcji palladu(II) o około 45%.
Extraction/stripping process of palladium(II) from hydrochloric acid solutions of various concentrations and 0.1 M hydrochloric acid solution with various sodium chloride contents using trihexsyl(tetradecyl)phosphonium chloride (Cyphos®IL101) and trihexyl(tetradecyl)phosphonium bis-2,4,4-trimethylpentylphosphinate (Cyphos*IL104) in the presence of toluene was investigated. Stripping of palladium(II) from loaded organic phases with 0.5 M ammonia solution was also examined. The presence of 0.5 M sodium chloride makes extraction capability worse by about 15%, whereas the increase in hydrochloric acid concentration to 5 M causes deterioration of palladium(II) extraction efficiency by about 45%. The most effective stripping of palladium(II) from the loaded organic phases was achieved with 0.5 M ammonia solution. Palladium(II) stripping with ammonia solution is very fast and the equilibrium is achieved after 5-10 minutes. (original abstract)
