Abstrakty
Niniejszy artykuł przedstawia zagadnienia związane z zarządzaniem zmianą w przedsiębiorstwach, w tym również tych z sektora małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. W części pierwszej przedstawiono wybrane sposoby wprowadzania zmian w organizacjach, a także czynniki wywołujące zmiany (endogeniczne i egzogeniczne). Druga część artykułu dotyczy czynników wpływających na powodzenie inicjatyw wdrażania zmian w firmie. Omówiono w niej między innymi piramidę oporu, która przedstawia najczęstsze przyczyny oporu przed zmianami. Ostatnia, trzecia część dotyczy stricte zarządzania zmianami w MŚP i uwzględnia specyfikę tego rodzaju przedsiębiorstw. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The article presents issues connected with change management in enterprises, including those from the SME sector. In the first section, selected ways of introducing changes in companies are described, together with factors inducing changes (endogenous and exogenous). The second part of the article is devoted to the factors determining success or failure of change initiatives in a company. In this part, for example, the pyramid of resistance, showing the main reasons for resistance to change, is described. The last, third part is dedicated stricte to change management in SMEs and considers the peculiarity of this type of enterprises. (original abstract)
