Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest prezentacja zastosowanych w praktyce rozwiązań instytucjonalnych w ramach zarządzania zadłużeniem Skarbu Państwa. Autorka okresliła także uwarunkowania wprowadzania tzw. modelu agencyjnego oraz syntetycznie zaprezentowała główne standardy tworzenia tego rodzaju instytucji na bazie doświadczeń międzynarodowych. Government debt management has become a priority in many developing countries and in emerging market economies since the 1980s. Debt management reforms concern the strategic and institutional coordination of the balance sheet approach and ADMA model (autonomous debt management agency). The article presents the institutional arrangements for government debt management with the determinants of establishing ADMA. (original abstract)
