Procesy finansowe, które odgrywają istotną rolę w kształtowaniu procesów ekonomicznych znajdują odzwierciedlenie w tzw. tablicach operacji finansowych lub tablicach przepływów funduszów pieniężnych. Zadaniem artykułu jest przedstawienie trybu i metod stosowanych przy ustalaniu tablic operacji finansowych we Francji.

The analysis of financial processes is a necessary condition for carrying on an efficient money-credit and budget policy in capitalist countries. The basis of such analysis are tables of financial operations worked out in some capitalist countries. The purpose of the article is a demonstration of methods and procedures in constructing tables of financial operations in France and particularly preparation of the above mentioned tables ex ante, as a tool of short-term financial planning on a scale of the whole national economy. In the first part of the article wore discussed the principles of working out ex ante the so-called "economic budgets", the purpose of which is a demonstration of the anticipated course of material processes connected with the production, division and final utilization of gross national income. The second part of the article deals with the working out of tables of financial operations and the principles of determining ex ante the size and structure of these operations. In the third part of the article was discussed a model worked out by French economists the purpose of which is the demonstration of interdependences occurring between basic material and financial elements of national economy.
