Abstrakty

Autorzy wyjaśniają rosnące znaczenie regulacji oraz agencji regulacyjnych dla funkcjonowania jednolitego rynku europejskiego. Przeprowadzono analizę, która dowodzi, że regulacja oraz agencje regulacyjne stały się znaczącym elementem zarządzania gospodarką we współczesnych państwach o gospodarce rynkowej. Opisano, zanalizowano i wyjaśniono różnorodne role organów regulacyjnych na różnych obszarach jednolitego rynku, wskazując na brak spójności w realizacji wdrażania przepisów.

The authors explain the sources of the growing significance of regulation for the functioning of European single market. They devote special attention to a recent phenomenon, the creation of European regulating bodies which supplement and sometimes assume the right to implement regulations, which was once the dominion solely of national government offices. The article describes, analyses and explains the different roles of regulatory bodies in various areas of the single market and identifies the lack of cohesion characterising the current development of the system of supranational execution of the implementation of regulations.
