Celem opracowania jest przedstawienie dwóch mało znanych metod ukierunkowanych na wielowymiarowy pomiar i zarządzanie dokonaniami, czyli kwestionariusza pomiaru dokonań J. R. Dixona i in. oraz macierzy pomiaru dokonań D. P. Keegana i in., a także krytyczna ocena tych instrumentów. (fragment tekstu)
The paper presents two basic methods of performance measurement that were followed by the R.S. Kaplan and D.P Norton' balanced scorecard. In the first part of the article, the performance measurement questionnaire proposed by J.R. Dixon et al. was depicted. In the second part of the paper, the performance measurement matrix developed by D.R Keegan was explained. Finally both approaches were critically evaluated with respect to integrated corporate performance measurement objectives.(original abstract)
