Abstrakty

Poprzez analizę literatury próbowano ustalić relację pomiędzy elastycznością i jednoczesną kompetencją firm. Wyjaśniono istotę i rolę kompetencji organizacji. Omówiono ramy elastyczności organizacji. Scharakteryzowano powiązania między kompetencjami a elastycznością organizacji.

This article refers to recommendations for contemporary organization. They often exist in both academic and practical literature. They usually order organization to be both flexible (dynamic) and competent, so the author made an attempt to explor the relationship between these imperatives of organization. (original abstract)
