Abstrakty

Określanie czynników wpływających na koszt pokrycia roszczeń z tytułu polityki udzielania gwarancji jest głównym celem tego badania. Artykuł przedstawia przegląd danych gwarancji samochodowych. Wykazano, że cykle jazdy są czynnikiem wywierającym znaczny i zrównoważony wpływ na koszty gwarancji. (AT)

Identifying the factors affecting cost of covering claims according to warranty policy is the main purpose of this study. The paper presents mining of automobile warranty data. Variability Driving Pattern was discovered as a factor having significant and sustainable impact on warranty cost. (original abstract)
