Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest omówienie podobieństw i różnic społecznych filozofii korporacji oraz połączenie ich z systemami nadzoru korporacyjnego, występującymi we współczesnych narodowych regulacjach i praktyce korporacyjnej. Autorzy omawiają trzy koncepcje korporacji: kontraktualną, społeczną i koncesjonalną oraz dwa zasadnicze modele nadzoru korporacyjnego: rynkowy i sieciowy.

The purpose of the article is to discuss social similarities and differences of corporations' philosophy as well as their connections with the systems of corporate governance occurring in present state regulations and corporate practice. The authors discuss contractual, communitaire and concessionary conceptions of corporations together with market and net corporate governance models that are two essential models of corporate governance.
