Wyjaśniono pojęcie "symulacji" oraz "organizacyjnego uczenia się". Następnie przedstawiono możliwości i przykłady wykorzystania metod symulacyjnych jako instrumentu tworzenia polityki i strategii oraz inicjowania i przeprowadzania zmian organizacyjcych.
EN
This article describes simulation as a powerful method supporting organizational learning. Interactive simulation techniques (computerized and non-computerized tailor-made simulation management games and management flight simulators) are core elements of methods that provide effective learning environments. These methods are based on learning through conceptualization, experimentation and reflection in a safe environment where participants can reveal, share and change their mental models as well as develop and explore new strategies.
