Abstrakty
Celem niniejszego opracowania jest przegląd i usystematyzowanie podstawowych zagadnień odnoszących się do struktury systemu finansowego oraz modeli systemu finansowego wynikających z danej struktury. Układ artykułu jest zatem konsekwencją przyjętego celu i jednocześnie odzwierciedla jego przeglądowy charakter. Pierwszą część artykułu poświęcono strukturze systemu finansowego, wskazując m.in. na najważniejsze elementy budowy systemu finansowego oraz jego otoczenia. Rozważania teoretyczne zostały następnie rozwinięte w porównawczej analizie struktury systemów krajów wysoko rozwiniętych. W drugiej części artykułu podjęto próbę usystematyzowania zagadnienia modeli systemu finansowego. Ze złożonej problematyki wybrano najważniejsze wątki, które odnoszą się do cech instytucjonalno-strukturalnych i funkcjonalnych modeli systemu finansowego oraz środowiska regulacyjno-prawnego obu modeli. The aim of this article is to review key issues connected with the structural aspects of the financial system and the resulting financial system models. The structure of the article derives directly from this aim and reflects its review character. First, the structure of the financial system and its elements are discussed. Next, these theoretical issues are verified by the comparative analysis of the financial system structure in developed countries. The second part of the article is devoted to the presentation of the main financial system models in the context of its structural and functional characteristics. (original abstract)
