Abstrakty
W artykule zdefiniowano pojęcie organizacji uczącej się. Opisano cechy tradycyjnej i intelektualnej organizacji oraz proces kształtowania się organizacji intelektualnej. Przedstawiono również perspektywy rozwoju tego typu organizacji.
Learning - defined as the process of gaining, understanding and using knowledge - is an important factor in transformation of potential knowledge into actual knowledge resources (assets). The ability of an organisation to understand the surrounding world and to respond to it in an adequate and creative manner depends on its ability to learn. While 'maturing', a strategic idea comes along a path that can be formally structured. Quite possibly, it is such formal procedures that help to develop an effective strategy. In this case, a business is a learning organisation which does not focus on formal procedures, but is able to put any new processes and methods to an effective use. Research into a wide spectrum of scientific, technical, intellectual, personnel-related and other factors affecting organizational changes helps one predict, to a certain extent, their basic attributes and the character of their influence in any future activity. One such direction of changes is the shaping of an intellectual organisation. (original abstract)
