Abstrakty

W pracy omówiono problem przejmowania do zarządzania nowych obiektów budowlanych pozyskanych dzięki remontowi kapitalnemu lub modernizacji starych zasobów oraz działalności inwestycyjnej. W pierwszej części artykułu przedstawiono rozwiązania prawne i instytucjonalne. W drugiej zaprezentowano obowiązki i zadania państwowego nadzoru budowlanego.

In this article, the author presents an operational approach to assuming management over new buildings and structures. The author reviews binding legal and institutional solutions in this area. He discusses the role of public administration in the building industry, as well as the mutual links and dependencies of so-called joint operations. The author presents the duties and tasks of the state building supervision authorities, in particular in the case of an administrator obtaining a permit for the utilisation of building facility and changes in the manner of use of such facilities. The article defines the role and significance of the building facility management log in the property management process. (original abstract)
