Abstrakty

A artykule zaprezentowano kwestie instytucjonalnego potencjału terytorialnej administracji publicznej. Autor podsumowuje poziom rozwoju instytucjonalnego przy pomocy wyników badań empirycznych przeprowadzonych za pomocą programu rozwoju instytucjonalnego (PRI) realizowanego na zlecenie Ministerstwa Spraw Wewnętrznych i Administracji (MSWiA).

This article addresses issues related to the institutional potential of local government institutions. The author summarises their level of institutional development, using the results of empirical research conducted under the Institutional Development Programme. Furthermore, the article offers recommendations for targeted measures that should serve to strengthen the efficiency and effectiveness of public administration. (original abstract)
