Zalesianie gruntów ornych wchodzi w skład polityki strukturalnej wobec obszarów wiejskich i zostało wprowadzone 1 stycznia 2002 roku. Realizacja tego planu wymaga środków budżetowych i procedur administracyjnych. Autor omówił te problemy w kontekście przepisów Unii Europejskiej.

The paper presents problems of the agricultural land forestation in the process of structural changes in Polish agriculture with the consideration of new legal foundations. Author describes forestation programs rules and bases in the Common Agricultural Policy of European Union and the main elements of Polish Regulation about agricultural land forestation. The analysis considers implementation procedures of the new rules and executing regulations issued by Government to the elementary rule. Work is finished with application conclusions for facilitating this important measure of economic policy towards rural areas and natural environment. (original abstract)
