Rynek nieruchomości w Polsce w ostatnich latach wykazuje dużą dynamikę rozwoju. Wykorzystane metody analityczne wyodrębniania trendu ukazują w jaki sposób w latach 90-tych zmieniały się ceny za 1 m kwadratowy gruntów oddawanych w wieczyste użytkowanie w Szczecinie i w jego rejonach.

In last years real estate market in Poland shows high dynamics of development. Analysing this market, observing changes that take place in its range, brings many interesting informations and it is necessary nowadays. These changes are caused by the fact that polish real estate market becomes more similar to the EC realities. It also may be clearly observed in Szczecin. Quantifying methods of extracting a trend, that were used, show the way in what prices of one square meter of groundswere changing in 90's. Neighbourhood of polish-german border has significant influence on dynamic increase of these prices, since 1995. According to becoming an EC member by Poland, we may say that, real estate prices will shows still the same trend. (original abstract)
