Abstrakty

W artykule dokonano analizy różnych form spłat kredytów i depozytów w bankach komercyjnych. Zauważono występowanie symetrii i asymetrii okresów kapitalizacji depozytów i kredytów, wynikających głównie z upraszczania procedur obliczeniowych.

The author of the article presents the most popular kinds of kredit amortisation. She goes into detail in analysing the case of constant payments, each with another structure. The article pays special attention to the situation when the period of annuities, interest rate and capitalisation are the same. It means that: - when credit is repaid every year, capitalization is yearly, - when credit is repaid every month, capitalization is monthly. The author concludes, that in the Polish banking system there is no symmetry in capitalization of deposits and loans. (original abstract)
