Abstrakty
Aby uzyskać większy stopień poprawności i rzetelności wyceny stosuje się jednocześnie kilka jej metod lub technik. Pozwala to na ustalenie wielu wartości i dokonanie wyboru spośród nich tej, która jest najbardziej zbliżona do rzeczywistej wartości przedsiębiorstwa. Wielość zastosowanych metod pozwala także uwzględnić wszystkie składniki majątku przedsiębiorstwa, oraz czynniki określające i kształtujące zdolność przedsiębiorstwa do tworzenia zysków i dochodów w teraźniejszości i przyszłości.
The use of many methods of valuation affects the degree of correctness and reliability of the performed valuation of enterprises including all the components of their assets and the factors determining and shaping their capacity to make profits and to derive income. The differentiation of the results of valuation, consequent on the multitude of the valuation methods, depends on the dissimilarities of the size and structure of assets, debts due and owing, economic and financial situation of individual enterprises, and the properties of the valuation methods, their advantages and disadvantages. This differentiation, when referred to the common basis, makes it possible to determine the relations between the results of the individual valuation methods and to systemize a set of enterprises according to that criterion.
