Abstrakty

Przedmiotem artykułu są "konflikty przestrzenne" związane z transformacją polskiej gospodarki: dysproporcje rozwojowe regionów, narastająca dewastacja miast i cennych przyrodniczo terenów, ochrona własności prywatnej a także ewentualne sposoby ich rozwiązywania.

In the paper, the problems of spatial conflicts are discussed. The conflicts prevention is difficult and may be considered as a maturity test society and State efficiency. In Polish conditions, in time of political system and government form transformation, there are many additional circumstances seriously impeding conflicts solutions or even creating new ones. The most important of them, in the author's point of view, are: fundamentalism of economy liberalism, the weakness of territorial authority, disordered or even wrong laws and excessive disproportions of the regional social-economic development. Each of these circumstances is discussed in more detail. (original abstract)
