EN

Enterprise innovativeness is considered as one of the competitive advantage determinants. The process of organizational learning constitutes a foundation for innovation activities both in organizational and technical aspects. Based on the data gathered in enterprises from the Zachodniopomorskie region, the article presents a learning ability of the innovative enterprises and companies which have not introduced any innovations recently. The analysis included groups of enterprises realizing different innovation activities.
