Abstrakty
The aim of the work was to identify bacteria causing pale brown or yellowish blotch of the cultivated mushroom. The isolation of the causal microorganism from mushroom caps with pale brown blotch was conducted. Biochemical, pathogenicity assays and 16S rRNA sequence analysis demonstrated that the symptoms of bacterial disease are caused by ‘Pseudomonas gingeri’. The presence of this bacterium in Poland was confirmed for the first time by molecular analysis.
