The conditions of agrifood markets in Ukraine depends on the development processes on the one side and on the from state regulation on the other side. The instruments of regulation played the main role in development processes, especially in the sphere of supply and demand of agrifood products. In the transition period, agricultural production has dramatically declined in Ukraine.

Dokonano analizy wybranych rynków rolno-spozywczych. Scharakteryzowano niektóre działania rzedu, których celem byc rozwój tych rynków. Stwierdzono, ze ukraińska polityka rolna zmierza do otworzenia nowych rynków zbytu, z których najatrakcyjniejszy jest rynek krajów azjatyckich.
