Abstrakty

Review and analyses of environment impacts were risen by renewable and nonrenewable energy resources usage was done. Impacts of energy sources usage in economic and social scope and influence upon energy independence were defined. Direct impacts of energy sources usage upon economic and social spheres and influence on national energy independence were determined. Theoretically determined second order impacts which are caused by direct impacts of energy resources usage and third and fourth (the last one) order impacts. Each order impact were performed as structural matrixes. Whole system of impact risen by energy resources usage performed as a flowgraph. New arguments for the hypothesis about inexpediency of direct assessment methods for evaluating energy resources using and substitution were grounded.
