Artykuł prezentuje określenia pracy (dotąd obecne i nowe) oraz kształcenia w miejscu pracy. Przy tym wskazano na różnorodne formy kształcenia w miejscu pracy: formalne, pozaformalne i nieformalne. Tekst koncentruje się na ukazaniu specyfiki kształcenia w miejscu pracy oraz roli uczenia się w miejscu pracy w rozwoju zawodowym człowieka, utożsamianym często z rozwojem kapitału ludzkiego. Artykuł ukazuje czynniki determinujące orientację nastawioną na rozwój i uczenie się osób pracujących. Opisuje także walory kształcenia w miejscu pracy.

The article introduces the definitions of job (existing and new) and of educate in the place of employment. In the article indentifies various forms educate in the place of employment: formal learning, non-formal learning and informal learning. The article focuses on presenting the specific features educate in the place of employment and a potential role of educate in the place of employment in of vocational development of man, identification with of development human capital. The article presents factors determined orientation put on the development and the learning. This paper attempts to analyse the values of educate in the place of employment.
