The most recently asked question is not how much of an influence should the state have on the economy, but rather in what form should the influence of the state come in? In this context Łukasz Hardt is quoting Mariana’s Mazzucato book „The Entrepreneurial State.” Hardt claims that without state funding successful companies such as Google and Apple would never take shape. The final revision gives a broad outline of Mazzucato’s ideas and concludes that the modernization of Poland needs a strong and well administered economy in order to sustain further development.
