Creativity and performance in the professional training of the future teacher-musician.

Abstrakty
The aim of the article is to identify the relationship of the components of “creativity” and “performance”, which define the essence of creative and performing training of the future teacher-musician, contributing to the solution of pedagogical tasks through the introduction of the individual to different types of creative and performing activities, stimulation of their self-expression and self-realization in self-creativity. The article reveals the originality of creative and performing training as a complex continuous dynamic system that provides for the improvement and development of professionally significant personal qualities, formation of the author’s ability of the future teacher-musician, leading to its radically new internal state, way of life and life creation. The analysis of definitions of “creativity” and “performing” is implemented, their common and individual characteristics, which make up the nature and content of the specialist’s future professional activity, are revealed. Composer and performing activity is singled out as an important component of the creative and performing training of the future teacher-musician, who is independent, but closely linked to the professional disciplines (music and performing, vocal and choral, practical teaching, research) while maintaining their autonomy, classicality and conventionality at the same time for the reconstruction and updating the content of creative and performing training, understanding the importance of mastering the art of composer and performing activity in the future profession. That is why composer and performing activity is focused on the development of the personality, able to implement the gained artistic and interpretative experience in his/her own activity, it is the result and the top of creative and performing training of the future teacher of music art. In the process of composer and performing activity personal creative potential of the teacher of music art is a revealed, universal multicultural personality quality that makes it possible to ensure success, productivity, relevance, adaptability of the future professional in different fields of life creativity and careers.
