EN

The subject of the article is predictive analysis working time and affecting the major trends in the new economy, based on the literature, empirical research and collaboration with experts. For the analysis of prognostic on time horizon adopted in 2050. Efforts have been made to link the overall trends manifested in the new economy based on knowledge and creativity, computerization and globalization with working time. We analyzed the main trends affecting the development of working time in the future to 2050.

Przedmiotem artykułu jest prognostyczna analiza czasu pracy i wpływających na niego głównych trendów w nowej gospodarce, bazująca na literaturze przedmiotu, badaniach empirycznych oraz na współpracy z ekspertami. Dla analiz prognostycznych przyjęto horyzont czasowy 2050 r. Starano się powiązać ogólne trendy przejawiające się w nowej gospodarce opartej na wiedzy i kreatywności, komputeryzacji i globalizacji z czasem pracy. Analizie zostały poddane główne nurty mające wpływ na kształtowanie czasu pracy w przyszłości do roku 2050.
