In the changing world and the expectations concerning of the University are modi fi ed so it is worth a sking: Who are today’s students? Are there customers consuming widely available good education, if there are still young people aspiring to a group of intelligence? Can take up studies just to have a better start in the labor market, can treat them as an opportunity to develop themselves and science? An analysis of the literature and the results of surveys of selected students of Adam Mickiewicz University show that students treat period of study as his way of life and career. The studies is for them sometimes delaying entry into „adulthood”.
