W artykule zaprezentowano problemy powstawania nowych metod zarządzania na styku teoria-praktyka. Niewiele nowych koncepcji uwzględnia jednocześnie dorobek teoretyków i doświadczenie praktyków w trakcie uogólnionego i twórczego ich projektowania. Zaprezentowana integracja cech teoretycznych i wdrożeniowych, w tworzeniu nowych metod, pobudzana jest poprzez proces uczenia się wdrażania metody zarządzania, co również prowadzi do pogłębiania efektu synergicznego.

This paper presents the problems related to the development of new management methods at the contact point of theory and practice. It must be noted that during the process of general and creative development of modern conceptions, the achievements of theoreticians and the experience of practitioners are rarely combined. As described in this paper, the integration of theoretical and practical features in the process of devising new methods is stimulated by the process of learning to implement management methods, which also leads to the intensification of the synergistic effect.
