The classification of microenvironment risks that must be considered when assessing the innovative activity of enterprise is conducted. An approach to the evaluation of the integral indicator of innovative risk of light industry enterprises is proposed. With expert assessment in the example of JSC «Texterno» the effects of risk factors on enterprise microenvironment are identified, which are proposed to assess on a 100-point scale. An innovative ways to minimize the risks of light industry enterprises are proposed.
