The authors discuss some doubts of the interpretative nature, resulting from the plurality of legal grounds of redressing damages caused by crime in the area of criminal law. They emphasize difficulties that exist in their functioning in the judicial practice. The authors approve of the changes resulting from the amendment of the Code of 20 February 2015; however, they are considering a possibility of further adjustments, which will lead to more rational normative solutions.
