Abstrakty
Three enterprises’ case studies are presented based on the grounded theory. Leadership style before the macroeconomic crisis of 2008 and during the crisis is described. Its different dimensions shaped by relationships inside the managing group are shown, as well as connections with the administrative and political system and using leadership substitutes.
