The article is devoted to the story of David Borisovich Ryazanov, one of the most distinguished revolutionary activist in Russia at the turn of 19-the 1st half on the 20 century, practically forgotten in Polish specialist literature. The study shows Ryazanov’s unquestionable contribution to the creation of the new system of the organization of science in RSFSR USSR after 1917,the research on the Marxism history and the tragic disagreement with the distorted stalinist vision of the history of the bolshevist party and Russian revolutionary movement.
