The article is elaboration related to problems of a particular kind pricing and real estate marketing, which is an estate inscribed for register of an antique. Authors characterize shortly what an antique estate is, specificity of such estate, sources of usable information about the estate. However, they indicate principles of pricing and plot of appropriate methodology in process of pricing, wanting to pay attention, that during pricing of an estate already potential purchaser or investor may be orientated in possible problems, which he will meet when will become the owner.
