There is a growing interest in employees with various cultural backgrounds, who are approached individually. This tendency results from increased migration processes typical of Europe and the USA, demographic processes such as society aging. Diversity challenges the organisation. When properly managed, diversity may enable achieving competitive advantage but when neglected, may lead to substantial problems in the organisation.
