Article deals the experimental research of influence of solid phase distribution (abrasives) in waterjet to quality of surface roughness of 10 thick cast aluminium. As a experimental method full factorial design has been used to study the effect of selected the independent variables abrasive mass J/T abbreviation, abrasive mass flow rate, traverse speed, traverse direction on the surface quality average roughness - dependent variable. The multiple nonlinear regression equation obtained from ANOVA gives the level quality Ra as a function of the treatment factors. Different factor significance has been found, which generates surface profile under defined condition by abrasive waterjet.
