This work presents the method of building expert systems aiding the technological process preparing of machine elements. The analysis of knowledge is achieved and the basis of decision problems are distinguished. On the basis an activity the structure of expert systems are described. It has been elaborated also a schema of processing of a technological knowledge and the building of a knowledge base.
