In the paper, it is introduced that how to use a variable frequency-conversion technology to change the flow of a constant displacement pump. Thereby, the out speed should be changed in a constant displacement motor with a characteristic of constant torque. And then, remote ultra-low speed dropping and uprising operation can be realized.
