Factors influencing the value increase of specialised distribution companies

Abstrakty
The study covers many aspects of specialised distribution, in which maintenance of technology for keeping a cooling channel intact is required. When seen in the light of these issues many problems with costs and organisation appear, causing the increase of value of enterprises with such a profile. At the current degree of development of trade in Poland a significant position will be certainly taken by export strategies, in which it is possible to take advantage of multiple tools for operationalisation of various stages of implementation of these strategies. In the study some of those factors have been shown in detail, since they are immeasurable and difficult to verify in financial reports. The most important is the distributors own brand, the essence of which was described against the background of a dynamically developing private label market among the Western Europe retailers. Certainly, the entire subject matter remains far from exhausted, and serves only as an introduction to a wider analyses in which various disciplines of economic studies will meet in order to include in one study the issues of transport economics, logistics, sales effectiveness analysis and marketing.
