During the last few years traditional methods of the financial supporting of the enterprises have been being, modernized, improved and diversed. It results in the necessity of a more detailed insight into their specifies. The main interest of the article are factoring and leasing as two alternative ways of financial supporting of the enterprises. Those are the instruments which allow to save the capital, as well as the ones which prove to be effective in overcoming difficulties in obtaining the outer capital.
